Refund Policy Purchases in our online shop 

There are 3 simple rules for returns

  • Within 30 days of purchase

  • Unworn and unused with original tags still attached

  • In the original packaging which must be in the original condition

Faulty Product:

If the product is faulty when you receive it you may choose to return the product to Love Rara Ltd for a full refund or exchange. Please note: Faulty items MUST be reported to us via email within 7 days of receiving your order. Please feel free to Contact us before returning the order. Faults will be assessed by our Customer Service Team and we may also consult with the supplier or manufacturer. If the product is found to be faulty you will receive a full refund, otherwise the product will be returned to you.


Refunds will only be issued in accordance with our returns policy and will only be made to the original account used for payment.


We happily accept returns and exchanges on new, unused products up to 30 days from the date-of-purchase if they are not clearance or discontinued items. Any merchandise that has been worn or damaged through use cannot be returned or exchanged. 


Please shop our clearance and discontinued items carefully, as they are final sales and cannot be returned, exchanged or replaced.

Please retain your order information to assist in verifying purchase date. Your refund can be issued to the original payment method or to a Your Love Rara gift card that can be used on our site. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer refunds of the original shipping costs, and the customer is responsible for the cost to ship back the returned or exchanged item. Remember, all clearance and discontinued items are excluded and are not returnable, refundable, or replaceable.

This means that, if a product was purchased between these dates and has not been used or worn, you may exchange or return it for refund up until 30days of original purchase date. Any product that has been used or worn cannot be returned. This allows us to maintain the integrity of our inventory and keep our customers happy.
